The pay range we're offering starts at $20 per hour.Plus a $500 monthly bonus potential Subsidized employee benefit planPT Sales commissionWork PerksRequirementsOut-going, Enthusiastic PersonalityPassion for fitness and helping othersNight and weekend availabilityMastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative positionCPRAED CertificationPreferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales andor managementResponsibilitiesAs the co-captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal trainingComplete reports and assist in scheduling and promotionsServe as "manager on duty" for customer service needsHelp lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coachingThe LocationSIR Fitness is a Crunch Franchise based in Southern California. Our franchise locations include Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, San Clemente, Vista, Oceanside, Carmel Valley, University Square, and Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna.
