Come join us!Job Summary Assists clients with any questions or concerns related to their shipments. Provides excellent customer service to achieve client satisfaction. Accurately records and logs interaction with customers to ensure data integrity for management reports and maintains productivity and service levels standards. Key Responsibilities: Answers phone calls and emails in a timely, professional, and effective manner; Observes corporate guidelines when addressing customer inquiries regarding shipments.Ensures that appropriate action is taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns; Exhausts all available tools to ensure customer's needs are satisfied within first communication.Reaches out to respective departments outside of Export Traffic Customer Service to amend and fix any discrepancies.
