Ideal candidates will:Have some experience working with kids.Appreciate outdoor activities.Have the ability to maintain composure and problem-solve under stress.Have a relentlessly positive attitude.Love to have fun working with kids and making a difference in our community.Pass rigorous background screening process Minimum Qualifications Lifeguards must be at least 18 years old and possess current certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPRAED for the professional rescuer and Water Safety Instructor.Applicants who demonstrate they meet the minimum requirements may be subject to an extensive selection process and screening program, which may include, but not be limited to, evaluation of education, training and experience; oral interview(s); background investigation; reference checks; medical evaluation; controlled substance screening. Preference will be given to certain veterans, spouses of veterans, or unmarried widowswidowers of veteran. Proof of veterans' eligibility must be provided at time of application EOE MFDV.
