Job DescriptionNA Technology Finance ManagerThe North America Technology Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing, analyzing and reporting the North America Technology ("Tech") financial results. The role works closely with the North America Tech Finance Leaders and the Tech Organization supporting the business through the generation of thorough business plans, forecasting spend, and investigating and rationalizing actual spend.Key Responsibilities: Support the development of the North America Tech Finance strategic plan, annual plan, monthly forecast and reported actuals. Prepare and communicate monthly Tech financial results, headcount monitoring and forecasting trends with insight and transparency. Provide support to North America Tech customers and BusinessDFO community. Serve as an advocate on Tech Allocations charged to the respective groups and units. Oversee and support month end close accounting responsibilities. Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and providing guidance during unexpected events. Seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through reporting enhancements and effective and timely communication. Leverage financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that drive improvements and deliver improved results. Utilize active listening skills to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience, to articulate complex finance issues. Collecting and analyzing quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions. Proactively identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
