Responsibilities:Bar Operations: Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.Drink Preparation: Craft classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation align with restaurant standards.Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience and recommend drink pairings.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and oversee bartenders and barbacks, ensuring efficiency and pliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and maintaining proper licenses.Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process transactions, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service and communication.Menu Development: Assist in curating the cocktail and beverage menu, introducing new and seasonal drinks.Event Coordination: Support and execute special events, promotions, and private parties. Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and supervise a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Must be at least 21 years old and hold any necessary statelocal certifications for alcohol service.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with bar inventory management systems.Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.Creativity in developing new cocktail recipes.
