Legal Business Reporting and Analytics support

Our client, a leading organization in business management support, is seeking a NAM-US-Business Management Support-Expert (USD) to join their team. As a NAM-US-Business Management Support-Expert, you will be part of the business reporting and analytics support team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective collaboration abilities, and a proactive "Can Do" attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Management Support-Expert Business Reporting Analyst Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) 2 days onsite 12 month potential to convertextension only on W2 Competitive pay What's the Job? Support day-to-day reporting request delivery management and execution of report delivery playbook using Citi Legal reporting tools (i.e., MicroStrategy, Cognos, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Office applications, etc). Assist in BAU report change request requirement gathering, analysis, reportdashboard development, and packaging. Contribute to business intelligence and reporting-related projects and initiatives, including project management responsibilities (e.g., JIRA, PTS, etc). Participate in meetings and calls with Technology partners and other stakeholders covering day-to-day operational reporting support status, updates, projects, and initiatives. Develop visual representations of data using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.What's Needed? Experience creating visual representations of data through tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Experience in agile delivery management. Sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from various sources. Effective collaboration skills to build relationships and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
