Assists in the production of new client accounts and the retention of existing accounts. How You Will Contribute: Responsible for assisting all field account executives with daily tasks, with regards to new and existing clientsInitiates all dealer-related documents pertaining to new client set-ups & new product lines for existing clients.Process & submit all new client set-ups, and new product requests for existing clients with providerscarriers and createmaintain client checklists in files.Follows up with providerscarriers on all new client set-ups and existing client new product requests to ensure timely launches.Receives phone calls andor emails requesting client pricing quotes, changes to existing pricing, andor products. Completes changesrequests within 24 hours of receipt. Determines documentation required to complete changes andor pricing adjustments and sends out to account executive for execution by client.Maintain accurate pricing & rate charts, when applicable, for all clients in their respective pricing itiate all required paperwork and request supporting documents regarding new reinsurance company formations for clients. Initiate documents drawn from providers for reinsurancetrust agreements.Maintain accurate logs pertaining to all reinsurance company documents required by management companies & providers, as well as maintaining accurate checklists for all new formations. Oversees monthly reinsurance reporting & compiles reportsassists when needed.Process and scan all incoming client agreements, reinsurance documents, tax documents, and any miscellaneous client documents for accurate record keeping.Follows up on outstanding documents pertaining to reinsurance & assists in their resolution, as necessary.Receives & distributes to account executives all past due invoicing from providers with regards to client accounts.Maintains weekly records of all new clients, product sales, analyses, presentations, sales activity, with regards to existing clients, & compiles & distributes a weekly report.Skills & Experience to Be Successful: High School diploma or equivalentProficient with MS Office SuiteExcellent communication skillsExperience managing and coordinating large document compilations (Preferred)Experience in the automotive industry (Preferred)Pay Range$20.00 - $25.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, andor budget for the role.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: MedicalRx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
