The office manager is responsible for keeping our office a healthy and safe environment to work in, along with keeping our financial records and inventory organized. Come join our information technology team today!A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN OFFICE MANAGERWe begin every day with a stand-up meeting promptly at 8:00 am. You then help to ensure that the Install Team has everything that they need to be timely and successful on their installations for the day. You coordinate closely with the Sales Team to procure any needed components and update the team on product arrivals. You send out invoices, pay bills, and keep our QuickBooks Online system updated and accurate. You assist with overflow from the Support Call Queue when needed, creating tickets for the Support Team to follow up on.Because you are organized, we can deliver the best solutions for our clients accurately and in a timely manner. Because you are detailed oriented and maintain an accurate set of books for us, we have fewer losses, higher margins and can better forecast to grow our business. This enables us to help more clients who also thrive and employ more people in our community, even in trying times like the PENSATION$45,000 - $50,000 per year2 Weeks Paid Time Off, 1 Week Paid Health Time OffFull Health Insurance BenefitsQUALIFICATIONSAssociates or bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience2 years of experience in bookkeeping (preferred)QuickBooks Online (preferred)ERP or MRP experience (preferred)Understanding of standard accounting principlesWORK SCHEDULEFull-time, M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm.
