We are now hiring for a Full-time Peace Academy Curriculum Designer to join our MPI (Metropolitan Peace Initiative) team!SALARY: The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Update all curricula and PowerPoints to ensure uniformity and brand quality.Collaborate with curriculum consultants to design new curriculum as needed.Manage the progress of the curriculum team through frequent meetings and check-ins.Attend MPI bi-monthly team meetings to remain up-to-date on current shifts and programming updates.Convene MPI team members as needed to garner information for curriculum development.AttendConvene intake meetings of those requesting training (i.e. current and new partners)Work closely with the MPI Director of Training and Academy Training Managers to determine MPA curricular needs.Work with the DataEval Team to determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MPA.Report out to the overall MPI Team as needed.Attend bi-monthly CP4P Executive Team Meetings.Develop a shared drive where all MPA curricula is housed, an archive for retired lessons.Work with the Assistant Budget Director and MPI Director of Training to price out any new curriculumtraining.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Masters degree in a relevant field of study including curriculum and instruction, education, public policy, sociology, or public health, required. Seven years of experience in curriculum development, managing teams, and teachingfacilitating, required.
