For more information about the property, click here.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTCollecting and distributing paperwork from tenants to office staff to ensure seamless communication and processing.Reviewing, logging, and tracking tax documents in Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate and well-organized records.Maintaining an organized inventory of copier supplies and ensuring copier machines are properly serviced and functional.Managing shredding tasks and overseeing the secure disposal of confidential documents.Scheduling appointments for recertification staff to optimize workflow and support residents effectively.Providing administrative support to office staff or management to ensure smooth daily dependently managing tasks from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.Establishing partnerships with local organizations to provide residents with resources that promote health and independence.Educating residents and staff about community resources, such as case management, meal delivery, transportation, etc.Overseeing the delivery of resident services to ensure their quality and timeliness.Collaborating with service providers and coordinating reporting as needed.Helping residents build supportive networks with family and anizing educational and volunteer opportunities for resident development and engagement..QualificationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORPrior experience in the property managementaffordable housing industry (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word (required)Proven track record of managing multiple complex operational tasks with minimal supervision in a high-volume fast paced environment Notary credentials and bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatoryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional customer service strongly requiredYou bring determination each day - embracing constructive criticism and pushing to get betterYou believe in teamwork - that we are better, togetherYou are trustworthy and reliable to do the right thing - no matter whatYou welcome everyone and know the best ideas are born through diversity of thought and perspectiveA BIT ABOUT USAt Related we believe in enriching lives through affordable housing.
