Monitoring, observability, alerting - Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD): The engineer will act as another team member on the team working on both project or queue work (customer support tickets). The day-to-day will include a daily standup and possibly other scrum ceremonies, project work for new functionality, enhancements, etc. will be captured in JIRA and queue work will be tasks received in ServiceNow. The queue work is typically an on-call task, which is worked through a rotation (the engineer will join that rotation around day 90). The engineer will need to be actively engaged in chat, emails, meetings (wherewhen it makes sense) with the team in order to be successful. Additionally, we need someone who is willing to share their skills and knowledge with others and loves to continue learning and growing in their role. Tell me about what their first day looks like: Joining onboarding meetings, getting device set up and access requests submitted for accessing the tech stack.
