You will have ability to learn, develop and use manager skills while at the same time performing services when needed in the field to make good money. As the Training Manager and Head Field Technician, you will become a trained expert who applies mosquito, flea, tick and perimeter pest control products to both commercial and residential customers. You also will participate in marketing initiatives, inventory checks, maintenance on machines and equipment and provide a remarkable client experience.Responsibilities Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service.Perform services on both residential and commercial properties.Survey each yard for mosquito habitats and breeding grounds and make recommendations to customers.Help fix and maintain equipment for all technicians to make sure it is running smoothly.Train all new staff and do weekly check ups to make sure all staff are functioning well.Be able to lift at least 40- 60 lbs in heat via backpack sprayer.Assist with marketing efforts both on social media and our ground game marketing.Help maintain equipment, check for inventory and oversee all field technicians.Qualificationsno prior experience necessarybe at least 18 years oldhave valid driver's licensehave reliable transportationenjoy working outdoorsbe energetic, hardworking & reliablepossess excellent communication & customer service skillsexcel in a position of independence & responsibilityCompany OverviewMosquito Hunters helps homeowners enjoy their yards by providing mosquito, flea, tick and perimeter pest control treatments.
