Seeking an Assistant Facilities and Maintenance Manager with experience in facility operations and personnel management to support the maintenance and safety of Casa Central's buildings. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair oversight, managing facility staff, coordinating vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role works closely with the Facilities Manager and collaborates with the Director of Facilities and Transportation as needed. Salary range is $61,000-$65,000 plus medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, and other voluntary benefits.Position HighlightsServe as a liaison between facilities personnel, vendors, and leadership while ensuring OSHA compliance, staff training, and participation in agency initiatives.Oversee building cleanliness, maintenance schedules, and outdoor upkeep while addressing repair needs and maintaining a safe workspace.Assist in supervising and evaluating maintenance, housekeeping, and door staff, ensuring adequate staffing and effective performance management.Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, support capital projects, and resolve facilities-related issues while implementing risk management policies.Conduct inspections, complete maintenance tasks, and regulate building systems to ensure functionality and energy efficiency.Manage department expenses and source materials and services cost-effectively with appropriate approvals.Assist in maintaining agency vehicles, tracking inspections, and performing minor repairs to ensure fleet compliance and functionality.For a full description of the Assistant Facilities and Maintenance Manage role, please click here to find all job descriptions in alphabetical order.
