Job DescriptionManage client, team, project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given timeStrong interpersonal skills and a high emotional intelligenceMaintain client relationship effectively while building trust and loyalty and directing the decision making processMentor and motivate employees to reach their highest potential through exploring opportunities for growth and learning in design, technical, and leadership skillsManage program finances including fees, contracts, and internal and external budgetsStrong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with clientsExhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologiesTechnical expertise regarding the coordination between landlord and consultants, including MEP, structural, and civil engineersEnsure the account's project teams meets deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environmentLead in house team with preparation of existing conditions site surveys and full entitlements code and accessibility reviews as part of due diligenceExperience with navigating brand standards and working with brand-focused clientsManage preparation of design development, and construction documents with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendorsSuccessfully navigate building and zoning departments regarding project approvalsOversee construction phase services and project close-outTravel is requiredQualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture or related fieldArchitecture Licensure preferredLEED AP accreditation a plusProficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office preferred10-15 years of relevant experience, including recent experience with retail projectsExperience leading interiors and architectural projectsClient Services ExperienceAdditional InformationSalary range $95,000 - $110,000 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
