Mission and Core Values.Work in a team environment with various supervisors, assistant , the VP of Production Operations, and other key groups within the Select Sires management team to maintain the health of the resident bulls and to care for the facilities with the intent of providing the highest quality product. Work in tandem with the supervisor to improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.Collect semen using established safety protocolsHandle bulls in a manner to properly stimulate semen collectionOperate company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and farm equipmentPerform general livestock care, including feeding, cleaning, moving bulls and steers, health testing, veterinary treatments, and hoof trimmingAn Assistant Supervisor 's work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
