Job Summary Detailed Responsibilites: Working as an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of events, managing staff, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain excellent service delivery. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining budgetory control, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for compliance with safety regulations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and coordinating logistics for major events at the venue. Daily Tasks:Maintains "show quality" of all areas at all timesUnderstands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricingPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsMonitors inventory procedures for accountabilityRe-stocking of concessions and bars to maximize event readinessPerforms post event product inventory, yields, and restocks, as neededAssists with purchasing and inventory; assists with monthly beverage specials (roll out and implementation), ensuring the team is trained on the programEnsuring all appropriate alcohol service signage is placed and that Responsible Alcohol protocols are followedInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members acording to Levy guidelinesEnsures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookEnsures that all security, safety, sanitation and maintenance standards are achievedEnsures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelinesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiencyOverarching Tasks:Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of scheduled eventsOversee budgetary control and ensure cost-effective operationsEstablish and enforce operational policies and proceduresPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleMaintain and track key performance indicators to drive operational excellenceEnsure that all regulatory and compliance guidelines are met for the venuePreferred Qualifications:Minimum of Associate's Degree preferredTwo to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is requiredComprehensive food and wine knowledge.
