Position: Nuclear Medicine TechnologistType: ContractLocation(s): Morristown, NJHourly Pay Rate: $70 (Travel Package Offered)Schedule: Monday - Friday 11am - 7pmSummary: Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for Nuclear Lab operation, including testing equipment, educating patients and families regarding the procedures, and performing the proceduresRequirements: BS in Nuclear Medicine ARRT NM or CNNMT Certification for Nuclear Medicine NJ State License for Nuclear Medicine Preferably experience in General Nuclear Medicine, Bone scan, hepatobiliary scan, lung scan, thyroid scan AHA BLS CertificationResponsibilities: Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET scans, mammography, and other diagnostic evaluations Use medical imaging equipment to capture images of the patient's anatomy Administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications as necessary Follow aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and prevent contamination Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze imaging results Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
