Engineering Manager, Integrations

We prioritize not only great technical architecture but also an amazing product experience.Our HRIS Integrations team builds the APIs (and some integrations) that connect Lattice with the rest of the HR SaaS ecosystem. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this team as we scale our HRIS integration offerings and capabilities. A robust integration platform is a critical piece of our HRIS strategy, driving value for our customers by supporting seamless data exchanges across tools in the HR tech ecosystem.What You Will Bring to the TableYou have 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers. In this capacity, you have been responsible for guiding and coaching the development of your direct reports, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Track record of aligning technical work with organizational goals and driving impactful outcomes.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an adjustable style to executives, engineers and non technical staff.Ability to navigate complex discussions and build consensus across departmentsA strong commitment to Lattice's mission and values, including Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Own The Outcome, and What's Next?You are comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done-and then doing it.You have excitement for building up teams. Ensure they receive public recognition for their success and take ownership of their failures.The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $$187,500 - $234,500.00.
