Job Description:Job Title Project Manager, O&A Strategic InitiativesCorporate Title Analyst - AssociateLocation New York, NY(ALL ROLES TO BE CONSIDERED)OverviewThe Strategic Initiatives Team is a global, cross-divisional function within Origination and Advisory (O&A) tasked with shaping, managing, and delivering an interconnected portfolio of regulatory and strategic programs that are meant to ensure compliance with regulations and divisional execution plans. This may include policy and procedure drafting, technology design and development, and program management.The AnalystAssociate will report to the Americas O&A Program Director (with matrix to EMEA O&A Program Director) and have responsibility for providing leadership on several programs. The role will work closely with global peers and within global programs in designing and implementing strategic solutions within an agreed timeline. This will also include working with Program leads to identify issues and suggest correctionsMaintain and, where possible, enhance reporting in Tableau or other data discoveryanalytics toolsDelivery of management information reporting and key metric reviews to provide performance transparency and identify and resolve potential roadblocks efficientlyActively participate in initiatives to develop and enhance controls and efficiency (i.e., processworkflow improvement and technology solutions)Build and maintain strong working relationships with Team Leaders, Lines of Business, Operations, Audit, Compliance, and Technology to ensure consistent quality deliverySkills You'll Need Proven investment bankingfinancial services experience; familiarity with loans loan mechanics, and ability to read a credit agreement a mustKnowledge of Know Your ClientAnti-Financial Crime requirementsbanking principles, ideally in a similar role with experience in a corporate finance environmentStrong skills in spreadsheet and data analytics and data presentation software (e.g. Tableau, Structured Query Language)Strong proficiency with Microsoft office suiteSkills That Will Help You ExcelDegree in business, economics, or STEMNumerate and analytical with a high attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workflowStrong quantitative, analytical, and risk management skillsExcellent communication skills with an ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to stakeholdersAbility to work independently and to build strong relationships and collaborate in a team-oriented environmentExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability andor religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $65K to $130K.
