Our mission is to ensure the success of M&A transactions by focusing on pre-close planning and post-close integration, enabling businesses to achieve their strategic and operational goals. We specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of integration to deliver sustainable value by addressing:•People - Aligning organizational structures, cultures, and talent across entities.•Processes - Standardizing and streamlining workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance collaboration.•Technology - Integrating systems and data to enable timely and accurate decision-making.To succeed in this role:•Extensive experience in M&A integration and strategic operations.•Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.•Strong project management expertise, including the ability to oversee large-scale, complex initiatives.•Deep understanding of post-merger integration best practices, with a focus on delivering measurable results.•Strategic thinking with the ability to manage competing priorities and balance short-term wins with long-term goals.•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.•A collaborative mindset and the ability to foster alignment across diverse groups and cultures.•A focus on driving results while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:•Lead end-to-end integration efforts for M&A transactions, aligning teams, systems, and processes to achieve deal objectives.•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations during the integration process.•Develop and execute integration plans that address people, processes, and technology to enable smooth transitions and synergies.•Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment across operations, finance, HR, IT, and other critical areas.•Monitor and measure integration progress, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.•Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement to maintain alignment and momentum during integration.•Build strong client relationships, instilling confidence and ensuring satisfaction throughout the integration process.•Mentor and guide internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.•Stay informed on market trends and best practices in M&A integration to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.•CPA preferred•10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, strategic operations, or organizational transformation.•Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex post-merger integration projects.•Familiarity with systems and technology implementation as part of integration processes.•Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.•Strong proficiency in project management tools and closing...If this role sounds exciting, apply and let's start the conversation!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
