We foster mutual respect between residents and staff.The Security Guest Service Representative is responsible for delivering superior customer service to our residents while protecting the Community property and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff. Qualifications - Ability to read, write, and understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Must be able to make decisions quickly and in accordance with established protocol. Must provide a superior customer service attitude to residents and guests at all times. Proficient at performing multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment. Must have or be willing to be trained in first responder, first aid & CPR training. Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record One year experience in security or two years customer service preferred. Computer and electronic device proficiency to include MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of cell phone and tablets). Rate of pay starts at: $16.75 per hour. Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
