Diesel Technician - Level II

Job Description***$5000.00 Sign on Bonus***We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician Mechanic to join our Distribution business in the Albany, NY.You will make an impact in the following ways: Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop Perform maintenancerepairs utilizing diagnostic tools Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing developmentcertifications on new and existing Cummins products Maintain own tools ResponsibilitiesIn order to be successful in this role you will need the following experience: (Intermediate): Completes complex internal engine repairs Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision Or (Advanced): Ability to troubleshoot with limitedno support from diagnostic tools Larger more complicated engine rebuilds Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentationQualificationsEducation, Licenses, Certifications: Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred) Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution Locally valid driving permit (Preferred) This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
