Learn more at Responsibilities:Install various HVAC systems, including oil, gas, heat pumps, geothermal, and rooftop units.Fabricate sheet metal and ensure proper airflow and duct sizing.Read and interpret electrical schematics for installations and repairs.Follow company and safety guidelines, asking for assistance when needed.Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.Stay updated on industry practices and pursue ongoing education opportunities.Qualifications:Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience.Knowledge of airflow, duct sizing, and sheet metal fabrication.Familiarity with oil, gas, heat pumps, geothermal, and rooftop units.Must supply your basic hand toolsStrong electrical skills and ability to read schematics.Good driving record.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Passion for learning and professional growth.Optional: EPA license (not required but a plus).Benefits:Health and Wellness: Medical Insurance.Work-Life Balance: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Career Development: Manufacturer training, safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, Fall Protection), and tool replacement pensation Perks: 401(k) retirement savings with employer matching, bi-weekly pay, overtime potential, and referral bonuses.Unique Perks: Company events like BBQs, holiday parties, fishing trips, concerts, and ball games.
