We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.Job SummaryProvide test engineering for facility.Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staffPerform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of productsDevelop testing proceduresPerform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilitiesPerform maintenance resolution on testing proceduresCreate assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawingsAdhere to General Requirements of Team MembersResponsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work areaPerform other assignments as requiredSkills & QualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principlesKnowledge of basic manufacturing test processesTroubleshooting and problem-solving abilityProficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is criticalAble to read and interpret engineer drawingsPrior experience with an ISO environment is a plusDemonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish prioritiesUnderstanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desiredWorking knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft ProjectAbility to communicate with customers and project company image to attract businessDemonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standardsRequired ExperienceEducationTrainingCertifications:BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school2-4 years Equal Opportunity EmployerVeteransDisabled11616 East 51st StreetTulsa, Oklahoma, 74146United States
