This is a key role in a fast-paced environment working with teams and stakeholders across our Sports business supporting our Risk and Trading functions, to define our next generation of data products. If you're excited by this challenge and want to work within a dynamic company, then we'd love to hear from you.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playCollaborate with teams from across the business to understand data challenges and opportunitiesOwn and drive data products that deliver key insights, shaping future business decisionsLead elicitation of requirements translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while prioritizing the product backlogTranslate product roadmap features into clear, actionable requirements including well-defined features, user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers and business stakeholders, to ensure our platform aligns with business objectives and delivers advanced machine learning solutionsEstablish and maintain domain expertise on the productBring fresh ideas to problem solving, leveraging commercial understanding to generate innovative data solutionsDrive effective and sustainable change guiding the business through transformation initiativesPlay a key role in self-organizing agile delivery teamsPlay a key role within the PM community here at FanDuel, sharing your industry best practice and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-skillingTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Data Analyst delivering impactful data productsPassion for sports and or sports betting trading a strong plusExperience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologiesExperience using SQL, Python and data visualization toolsFamiliarity with popular machine learning frameworks and toolsA self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively in an agile teamStrong analytical skills with the ability to apply these to delivering data productsExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshopsCommitted to high standards of performance, consistently working to meet or exceed challenging goalsHigh self-awareness and a strong understanding of behavior in different team environmentsAbility to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen Thrives in a fast-paced environment, helping teams navigate shifting priorities with clarityPLAYER BENEFITSWe treat our team rightFrom our many opportunities for professional development to our generous insurance and paid leave policies, we're committed to making sure our employees get as much out of FanDuel as we ask them to give. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.#LI-Hybrid
