What you will be doing As an Automation Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our warehouse automation systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center and upholding our commitment to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. On-site cafeteria that serves hot meals. #bringyourflavor #LI-DG1 Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and other automated equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement appropriate solutions. Previous Electrical experience with voltages from 24 volts up to 480 volts. Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in warehouse automation technology and recommend improvements to existing systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school or degree in related field is a plus Strong mechanical, electrical, and control system troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
