Position Overview The Manager of Branded Fuel Sales is a sales leadership position accountable for the retention and growth of regional commercial accounts at Offen Petroleum. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead 5 to 15 Strategic Account Managers to meet annual sales quotas Identify and manage early sales pipeline activity to focus rep activity on 'sweet spot' prospects Daily coaching of strategic account managers to encourage and develop them as sales professionals to teach, tailor, and take control of a buyer's customer journey with Offen Petroleum Teach prospects and existing customers how to improve their fuel procurement and in-store operational efficiency through selecting the correct brand partner Understand changes to the petroleum marketplace including regulatory and competitive pressures Prepare company and brand information for customers and identify opportunities for sales process improvement Understand and demonstrate unique values with Refined Commodities, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, Retail Card Fueling, Lubricants, and Winter Additives in order to establish multiple product lines within an account Work the M&A group with diligence and integration teams on merger and acquisition opportunities Identify and development organic growth markets Other duties as assigned RequirementsRequiredPreferred Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area and 5-10 years in sales operationsDemonstrated experience with translating data and metrics into predictable business insightExtensive experience with managing key customer and vendor relationships and leading new sales opportunitiesStrong customer focus and the ability to multitask and balance multiple customer needsExperience partnering with an executive team and participating in cross company initiativesHigh level of written and oral communication skillsWell-developed sales and managerial skillsEligible for company benefits including:Health, dental, and vision coverage, effective the 1st of the month following the date of hire Company paid life insurance and long-term disability Employee paid voluntary benefits such as voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, and Legal Participation in the company 401(k) plan with eligibility for the company match after 6 months of service Paid time off (PTO)Company paid holidays Working Environment and Physical DemandsWork is performed in a standard office environment with frequent local travel.
