The firm manages $33 billion in assets and invests across a diversified business and investment portfolio rooted in its founding principles of partnership, collaboration, and alignment of interests.Position SummaryCrow Holdings seeks a highly skilled professional to work with the Chief Executive Officer executing across a broad portfolio of activities including strategic planning, business development, client engagement, operational initiatives, and organizational events and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden exposure and understanding of different parts of the business. The successful candidate has a high level of analytical and quantitative competency, flexibility, organizational adeptness, global awareness and curiosity, drive, commitment and a strong desire to learn. This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires extensive travel.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist CEO in the execution of strategic planning, business development, operational initiatives, and organizational activities, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and long-term goalsBuild strong working relationships with leaders across the firm, developing exceptional knowledge of departmental priorities and challengesEffectively represent the firm's interests with external stakeholders; provide support and lead follow up efforts to facilitate continued engagement and execution with potential partnersConduct market research and competitive analysis; provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-makingOversee critical projects across entire life cycle, communicating progress and ensuring timely completion of key deliverablesPrepare materials and presentations for meetings; capture and follow up on all action itemsProvide strategic support during domestic and international tripsRemain current on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for firm's growth and improvementDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field required; MBA, JD, or advanced degree strongly preferred3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a strategic or operational role requiredProven track record of managing fast-paced projects with complex deliverables; strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to cultivate trust and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; effectively represent the culture, interests and priorities of the firmOutstanding organizational and time management skills; highest attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communicator with ability to maintain confidentiality and discretionRepresent the company with highest level of integrity; professional and diplomatic in all actionsDemonstrate continuous curiosity, engagement, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellenceDomestic and international travel required
