Our culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.Summary:The Breakfast Attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensures food is available, accepts payment, and provides any other guest services. They help with seating, delivering food and drinks to guests, managing the buffet, and cleaning tables in between guests.Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffetWelcome and provide personalized service to all guestsAssist guests by helping them to their seats Attend to hotel guest needs and requestsBe aware of restaurant's menu items and beverage choicesKnow about the entire property, services, hours of operation, locations, nearby places of interest, etc.Prepare foods in line with brand standardsEnsure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing mannerWipe up spills and maintain cleanliness of all appliances and counter space in the buffet area and work space throughout the breakfast shift, practice clean-as-you-go proceduresClear and clean tables as they are vacatedInspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to useMaintain the inventory of food, beverages, and supplies for each dayEnsure that guests are provided with the highest quality product and service at all timesSolve guest issues with professionalism and always maintains a hospitable attitude.Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time.
