DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-state's oldest and most innovative companies, providing mechanical and electrical services to Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Evansville, Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve preventative maintenance sales goalsMonitor completed construction jobs to be prepared for PM contracts once warranty period has been completedAttend service meetings & site surveys for estimation detailsDevelop preventative maintenance scopes, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposalsMaintain CRM trackingMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:3-5 years of recent automation sales support experience preferredEngineering technical degree or equivalent experience preferredExcellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferredKnowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferredKnowledge of building automation systems and HVAC preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based styleNotice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
