You will collaborate with team members to process receipts for premium payments, ensure strong reconciliation of funds, and follow up on open Accounts Receivable balances and unapplied payments, all while providing excellent client service and identifying billing discrepancies. Additionally, familiarity with banking processes will be essential in this role. You will assist in minimizing financial risks, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Process high volume cash receipts dailyWorking knowledge of different types of payment streams and processing options - Lockbox, ACH, Wire, CC, ImportStrong attention to detail to reconcile funds received through to funds posted unpostedEffective follow-up to resolve open items such as Unapplied funds, Small balance write-offs, Corrections to billing, Collection of Aged invoices, etc.Expertise in fostering collaboration and effective communication with team members and stakeholdersThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:2+ years of experience in accountingASBA in Accounting or closely related fieldStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
