Apply or call us TODAY! 925-275-0499Job DescriptionVerify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other recordsAssist in generating monthly billing statementsCreate and submit invoices to customersIdentify delinquent accounts Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the systemPrepare and submit bank depositsMaintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as neededOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsBasic knowledge of Accounts Receivable proceduresAt least 1 year relevant experienceKnowledge in accounting principlesExcellent customer service skillsBasic understanding of common Accounting software Compensation Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
