The Dining Server Lead is an extension of the mission, vision and core values of LEC. This position requires excellent customer service skills and knowledge of departmental standards and the ability to verbalize methods of enhancing levels of resident and associate satisfaction, so that exceptional everyday experiences can be delivered. The Dining Server Lead is responsible for serving food and drinks to residents and their guests in a professional and timely manner, in any of the dining venues throughout the campus; in addition, this position handles all onboarding and training of newly hired Universal Dining Servers through their training period.
