Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering

We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Indianapolis, IN area to provide them with a Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested. Prioritized must haves for the Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering : #1. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred #2. 10 years of experience with significant airside design #3. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana; licensure in additional states may be required #4. Demonstrated experience in successful application of FAA criteria and regulations, project management, client interaction, and staff developmentRequirements for the Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A decade of experience with a strong focus on airside design. Proven experience in applying FAA guidelines and regulations, managing projects, engaging with clients, and supporting staff development. Background in business development and marketing, including proposal writing, scope development, and budgeting for future projects. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, vision, and a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective client management and consultant team coordination skills. Ability to guide and mentor staff, and allocate resources efficiently. Capable of delivering practical, results-driven technical solutions for projects. Licensing and Requirements: Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana, with additional state licenses potentially required. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet the company's insurance requirements are essential. Other Key Requirements: 100% on site No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
