You will: Prepare, proof read and process documents for approval andor distribution utilizing office automation (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Create, manage and maintains neat, organized, accurate and up to date filing systems. Track and process Patient Representative Department expenses, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices. Assist with scheduling travel, meetings and other delegated tasks. Perform various clerical duties to contribute to the smooth operations of the Patient Representative Office. Provide clerical support to Vice President's office. Manage calendars and schedule meetings as assigned. Assists on special projects to complete such tasks typing, copying and distributing correspondencepaperwork, and filing. Work: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm You have: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to multitask in a high volume office Must be able to work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills
