This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations, requiring excellent communication, clerical, and organizational skills.As an Intake Coordinator, you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks and serve as the liaison between therapists, patients, families, and medical professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and document verbal orders from doctor's offices.Manage and upload referrals to the municate effectively with therapists, patients, families, and healthcare providers.Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to doctor's offices.Prepare, receive, and distribute faxes.Create and format letters, memos, and other necessary documents.Upload signed documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.Respond to emails and forward messages to the appropriate team members.Maintain and update spreadsheets using Google Suite tools.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 1 year of medical officeadministrative experience.Skills: Strong organizational, clerical, and time management skills with a keen eye for munication: Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbalwritten communication skills.Technology: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) is required.Attributes: Reliable, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced pensationCompetitive, negotiable, and based on experience.Ready to Grow With Us?If you're a dedicated professional with a passion for making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
