You'll find opportunities to develop your skills and your career.Ultimate Responsibility: Supporting person-centered service goals for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs, and ensuring every member of the Resident Services and Harbor team is seen and appreciated.Other Responsibilities Include:Coordinate team member training experiences for care partners and med techs on the resident services and Harbor teamsAssist with scheduling for all resident service team members and, when needed, the Harbor teamHelp to ensure high-quality continuity of care and servicesConduct quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits to maintain high standards of community livingLead the resident services team member master calendar coordination and, occasionally, supporting memory careFacilitate resident services communication and collaboration, including resident, family, and clinical communication for all community residentsManage the internal resident record-keeping functions for all community residents, including those in HarborMentor and guide care partners and med techs RequirementsQualifications:At least 21 years of ageVocational or bachelor degree, preferredExperience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniorsExceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution0Benefits:Medical, dental and vision coverage, eligibility the first of the month following initial 30 days of employment401k matchingLife and disability insuranceFlexible spending plan15 days of PTO annually, with increased days after year four6 paid holidays annuallyFree daily lunchPaid professional developmentTuition assistance program Volunteer time offWe maintain a COVID-safe environment.
