Returns Specialist

Who we are looking for: A tech-savvy individual with an appreciation for the technical aspects of photography and videography. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to learn and develop their knowledge.The purpose of this role: Troubleshooting and facilitating the return process, inspecting items and taking appropriate action, such as issuing refunds, providing replacements, or coordinating external repairs. Effectively addressing customer concerns and maintaining a high level of service quality.Where you'll work: This role will be based in our Brooklyn warehouse, in Industry City.
