In short- we're building the future of TVWhat we're looking for:FM is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help lead operations across production, brand partnerships, finance, ops, and overall strategy. The person in this role will work across every unit of the business. We're looking for a real peoples person, strong strategic mindset, drive to build, and a strong curiosity.ResponsibilitiesLead managing finances, invoicing and budgets across the businessManage company HR and payrollWork with company senior leadership to determine quarterly strategic goalsAssist CEO in finding, scheduling, and interviewing new hiresAssist our brand partnerships team in building long term relationships with brand partnersLiaison between FM and our talent management partners- building raport and relationships with our talent at scaleManage company culture initiativesManage all company PR opportunities and outreachQualifications6+ years in a similar role- operational or Chief of StaffA strong understanding of social media content and content creatorsPast experience on the media business is a plusProven ability to shape narratives, craft compelling messages, and represent leadership in both internal and external forumsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships across an organization, foster alignment, and inspire trustAdept at anticipating needs and aligning initiatives to organizational goals.Exceptional communication skillsThrives in dynamic environments, managing change with agility and resilienceProactive problem solver, ability to stay one step aheadJob-2561163*LI-TT1
