We strive to empower our employees with opportunities for growth and a shared vision of excellence.The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the customer service payroll operations for the thousands of providers of our sister company Vibrant ABA, ensuring accurate and timely payment, while maintaining compliance with employment regulations. This role demands an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and skilled in leading and managing a diverse team. The Customer Service Supervisor will also collaborate across departments to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.Customer Service Supervisor ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the payroll operations teamsEnsure all providers are paid accurately and on time, owning the end-to-end payroll process.Oversee unemployment claims, wage parity, disability, PTO, and other benefits management for providers.Educate providers on available benefits and assist them in selecting the most suitable options.Drive process improvement initiatives, troubleshoot payroll issues, and optimize team efficiency.Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Hire, train, and develop team members to uphold the company's standards and values.
