This role offers the opportunity to work with a Chambers-rated team on high-profile transactions across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities:Advise on private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions involving a variety of credit facilities, including senior secured term loans, cash flow and ABL revolving credit facilities, and firstsecond lien and subordinated mezzanine credit facilities.Draft and negotiate commitment letters, engagement letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral documentation.Represent private equity lenders in complex financing transactions.Work collaboratively with partners and teams across practices to execute sophisticated deals.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions.Prior Am Law 100 or SEC experience is required.Experience representing private equity lenders is preferred.Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.New York Bar admission required.JD from a top-tier law pensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $310,000 - $420,000 (dependent on experience and location).Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with firm contributions.Hybrid work environment with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-caliber private equity practice and work on complex, market-leading finance transactions.Apply now to learn more!
