HEPCO Inc. is seeking a Vice President - Resident Engineering InspectionConstruction Inspection for one of our esteemed clients. This permanent, senior management role will oversee our expanding operations in providing these services to public projects. As a key leadership position, the Vice President will be responsible for managing existing projects and leveraging executive skills to support winning new work and growing the division.Responsibilities: Overall management of construction inspectionresident engineering inspection projects Managing overall project team, including budget and schedule Serve as primary point of contact to the client on all project matters Responsible for overall project delivery and quality Identifying and recommending candidates for construction inspection and resident engineering roles. Identifying, strategizing, and winning new work Provide technical leadership to the group Supervise and mentor the team Participate in strategic positioning for major regional project opportunities Ensure the growth of the division by winning new work with existing and new clients Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar Licensed Professional Engineer in New York 20+ years of experience, with 10+ years of experience leading RE and CI teams as a project manager or similar role Experience with public agencies such as NYSDOT, NYCDDC, MTA, and other similar agencies Experience with design-build projects A demonstrated ability to cultivate new clients, identify opportunities, and win work Strong relationships within the industry including within agency, consultant, and contractor community Ability to take ownership and be accountable for projects and personnel A demonstrated ability to independently lead and support business development and proposal activities A demonstrated ability to evaluate the technical requirements of segments of the individual projects, outline the tasks, Client and equipment requirements, establish fees, scope and project budgets and outline a project schedule A demonstrated ability to administer all project general and technical data and reports to communicate verbally and in writing to all parties involved Benefits: 17 PTO Days per year, with an additional PTO day for every year after five years. 10 Paid Holidays per year 100% 401K Matching, up to 5% of employee income A choice of two comprehensive health insurance plans Dental and Vision Insurance Term Life Insurance Long Term Disability Insurance Continuing Education assistance Pay Range: $187000.00- $300,000.00 per year (Depending on experience and qualifications)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
