Vantage group employs over 1000 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.RequirementsWe are searching for a candidate with:At least 5-7 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or the elevator industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirementsTechnical expertise in Infor Visual ERP, including implementation and enhancement experienceUnderstanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including order management, production planning, materials management, and inventory controlProficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping toolsmethodologiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with JIRADuties and ResponsibilitiesA typical day may include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for order-to-cash processesConducting in-depth analysis of existing ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvementTranslating business needs into user stories and technical requirements for ERP development teamsCreating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to support communications, training, and change management initiativesAnalyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvementsUtilizing Infor Visual ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalitiesActing as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organizationProviding regular updates to the PMO and assisting with sprint planning and project progress trackingSupporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiencyYou will work closely with stakeholders across departments, including operations, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the ERP Project Manager at our Bronx, NY headquarters. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 daysweek in the office) with occasional travel (25-30%) to other company locations across the U.S. and Canada.Benefits of Working With UsSalary for New York City Based Applicants: $90,000 - $115,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
