The technician will work on-site at the client's locations, providing exceptional service and expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic systems.Essential Functions:Embody the ARG Industrial Core Values of authenticity, taking ownership, being helpful and collaborative, having a desire to elevate and evolve, and exhibiting stall, fabricate, and repair hydraulic hoses and components.Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues.Perform preventative maintenance to ensure that hydraulic systems are operating properly, safely, and municate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain inventory of necessary hoses, fittings, tools, and equipment.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Work with Branch and Assistant Manager to schedule key customer weekly visits, as well as scheduled service calls.Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be required to accommodate emergency service calls.Maintain the Hose Pro truck regularly to ensure proper and safe working order.When applicable, train apprentices and service technicians.Perform other duties as assigned.Working ConditionsAbility to drive to and work on-site at various client locations.May require working in tight or confined spaces.Ability to operate hydraulic systems and related systems.Ability to lift, bend, and reaching. Occasionally lifting and carrying objects (up to 30 pounds).Working in moderately noisy environments, normal for industrial settings.Minimum QualificationsSuccessfully pass drug test screenings throughout employment.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Strong knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and components.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and multitask.EducationHigh school diploma, or equivalent evidence of educational proficiency at the high school level.ExperiencePrevious experience in hydraulic systems preferred.
