Marketing Manager (Channel Management)The RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Manager (Channel Management) to join our PebbleGo Team. This role is an individual contributor, who will take ownership of key marketing initiatives, drive digital engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our brand presence. You'll work across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals in the K-5 education space. Our digital resources empower learners with nonfiction articles, ebooks, and interactive learning experiences. Our preference is for this role to be hybrid, based out of either our Edina, MN or North Mankato, MN locations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDigital & Channel Marketing Strategy •Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with K-12 and provider business objectives. •Project manage omni-channel marketing campaigns in Aha!, ensuring seamless execution and communication of deliverables to internal stakeholders, especially Sales. •Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, FacebookInstagram, TikTok, etc.), including defining audiences, segments, and channels to increase ROAS. •Continuously identify and evaluate new channels and strategies for paid media campaigns. •Leverage multi-touch attribution strategies to nurture leads effectively across multiple communication channels. •Ensure cross-channel consistency in messaging, branding, and performance optimization. Social Media & Content Marketing •Manage organic and paid social media campaigns, overseeing content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking. •Collaborate on creative strategies to test new ad formats, messaging, and engagement techniques. •Work with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, blogs, case studies, videos, social posts). •Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the end-to-end marketing email process, including database management, opt-out best practices, AB testing, proofing, and performance analytics. Website & Digital Analytics •Manage website updates, including page builds, content edits, and performance tracking. •Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. •Conduct AB testing across campaigns to refine messaging and maximize engagement. Event & Sales Support Marketing •Plan and execute webinars and event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. •Support sales teams with marketing assets, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. •Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, content, operations) to execute marketing initiatives that drive leads and conversions. Data Analysis & Reporting •Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations. •Track KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs to optimize marketing investments. •Collaborate with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for campaign effectiveness. Education, Experience and Skills desired:•7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, education, or SaaS. •Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). •Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices. •Proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems).•Hands-on experience with website content management and optimization. •Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.•Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. •Copywriting experience, with the ability to craft compelling content for multiple formats (blogs, case studies, emails, social media). •Curious, data-driven, and adaptable mindset-always looking for ways to improve and optimize campaigns. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered surrounding compensation including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
