There has never been a better time to join EQ.Role SummaryThe Product Manager is accountable for the development and delivery of the tribe's strategy, vision and objectives. The role ensures that the Product Proposition roadmap aligns with the Product Line objectives. The role leads the Product team and can be aligned with any of the SS Common Services divisions.Role ResponsibilityWork closely with the Product leadership to set product strategy and vision and ensure alignment with tribe objectivesImplement the tribe vision into an ongoing product strategy and key goals to measure performance againstManage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance. Drive, at a product level, the customer-centric experiences through the product cycle such as user research, UAT, user behavior analysisDemonstrate deep customer understanding and defines and own customer segment strategy, market research, marketing funnel strategy and competitor researchUse both qualitative and quantitative research to assess the value of products and features in line with proposition prioritiesDrive continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate those solutions and product backlogDrive prioritization of products; own the prioritization and backlog managementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch 9.
