We're hiring for Seasonal Lifeguards, offering flexible opportunities to fit your schedule and interests.As a Lifeguard, you'll provide essential support to the CORE Manager, Aquatics Supervisor, and Aquatics Coordinator. Your responsibilities include monitoring the aquatics facility, responding promptly to emergencies, and enforcing compliance with pool safety rules and policies. You'll also play a key role in maintaining the pool filtration system, conducting water quality tests, and addressing public relations issues or complaints with professionalism and care.For those interested, this position also provides the opportunity to train as a swim instructor for the Learn to Swim Program. There are multiple training opportunities as early as May 2. Eligibility Experience:Must be at least 16 years of ageAbility to pass a pre-employment: background investigation, drug screening, and physicalEllis & Associates lifeguard certification is required and provided on site.
