Working closely with the Account Manager, this role provides hands-on training and mentorship to develop sales and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities Project and Order Management Manage all aspects of client projects for entry-level and existing customers within the eCommerce sales channel.Oversee project scope, customer budget, timelines, order entry, quoting (decks and idea kits), and vendor negotiations.Utilize Salesforce to create opportunities, maintain customer records, and transfer information to internal systems like Presto.Provide Arcade platform support, including customer registration, group updates, account creation, report generation, and backend order entry. Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure long-term success and repeat business. Client Experience Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client interactions reflect Pinnacle's commitment to quality and innovation.Effectively source impactful products tailored to client needs and project goals.Multi-task across various client projects and orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Professional Development Attend vendor meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products, trends, and best practices.Collaborate with the team to elevate sales skills and contribute to overall growth.Document, report, and follow up on all activities within Salesforce.Requirements QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Promotional products experience is a plus.Skills: Detail-oriented with strong project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Effective multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
