Salesforce Business Analyst (CPQ)

The Business Analyst is also responsible for identifying areas of transformation and standardization to enable enterprise processes via Salesforce and enable business value. The Business Analyst must assess inputs and outputs from the pricing team, pricing optimization platform, and pricebooks to enable seamless transition for Sales as well as downstream teamsprocessing. The Business Analyst works cross-functionally and with multiple levels of the organization to ensure timely and quality design of end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and capabilities.What you'll doCollaborate with multiple levels of the sales, pricing, finance and operations organizations to understand current marketing business issues and pain pointsIdentify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform to address pain points and drive business valuePartner with business stakeholders to understand current marketing business processes, identify gaps between current processes and enterprise processes, define solutions to address gaps, document user stories and business requirements and associated business valueSupport prioritization of user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholdersDesign and implement business solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality, scalability and timely deliveryCreate and maintain project deliverables to ensure business processes, use cases, business requirements, functional designs, test plans, etc are thoroughly and consistently documented using standard templates and centralized repositoryAssist in designing the data and solution architecture to support business processesCollaborate with Process OwnerArchitect, Admins and IT partners on complex technical solutionsDocument acceptance criteria and testing requirements for positive, negative and regression testing for user stories.Support Functional QA Leader to execute testing activities for use cases, including defect resolution (tracking, triage, resolve, re-test)Provide content for end user training design, documentation and delivery effortsProvide end user and production supportEmbrace the Equifax single instance strategy for by supporting governance processes and designing business solutions within the governance modelMaintain an understanding of the Equifax platform and functional components, including functional data model, integration between components and impacts of process and functional designs with upstream and downstream processesEstablish and maintain positive communication and professional relationships with internalexternal customers, team members and vendorspartnersStay current on and Oracle CPQ functionality, best practices, releases, product roadmaps and 3rd party applications available via the AppExchangeObtainmaintain basic admin certification and seek additional certifications as Equifax solutions matureConsistent with Equifax's 32+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based officeWhat experience you need Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience within a professional services, sales or customer support operations roleWhat could set you apartMajor in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, or Industrial Engineering preferredDeep understanding of customer lifecycles, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologySalesforce Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ experience and certificationsDeep understanding of enterprise Lead to Cash process flowsWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?
