We believe in the continual growth and development of our employees, so that we can provide best-in-class solutions to our clients Why this role is important to us This Senior Principal Sales Manager will specialize in growing the Managed Business Services pipeline; focusing on planning, qualifying, and securing sales cases in collaboration with the broader commercial organization. Their primary focus is to cross-sell managedoutsourced Investment Operations, Data Management and Investment Accounting services, to existing and new clients in the Americas. The Senior Sales Manager for Business Services becomes the trusted advisor of the existing and prospective client's decision-making body showing them how SimCorp's solutions differentiate and can add value to their business. Experience selling these solutions to asset managers and asset owners is a requirement as well as knowledge of their typical operating model of asset managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to position our differentiated solutions and how they better meet the client's transformational goals. At this level, the Senior Sales Manager is recognized as a trusted advisor by C-level decision makers and influencers at the client and has a collaborative approach with commercial, product and operational colleagues to create an integrated and coherent case to the client. What you will be responsible for Identifying and qualifying leads, whilst generating a growing pipeline of sales opportunities, in order to meet individual sales targets.Advising the client on an optimal target operating model and how Simcorp can facilitate.Generate a compelling business case for the client. Compelling means delivery of real business benefits quantified in dollar terms.Overseeing the progression of qualified sales opportunities and coordinating the full sales cycle in collaboration with a team to ensure optimal allocation and use of company municating all key information throughout the sales process, using Salesforce and other relevant tools, so that management and colleagues throughout the company have accurate and timely information for decision-making and ensure optimal contributions to the sales process.Showcasing a focused emphasis on detail, ensuring thorough exploration and capture of every sales anizing and facilitating system presentations, workshops, and proof of concepts in collaboration with the pre-sales team.Create and be accountable for all client proposals, responses to tenders, contracts and any further required documentation whilst following SimCorp protocols and sign off.Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Asset Management and Financial Markets, and demonstrating an appreciation of the client's requirements including their Return On InvestmentRemain attuned to market trends, and competitor activity in order to assist SimCorp maintain a competitive advantageWhere necessary, representing SimCorp at marketing events and conferencesWhat we value Advanced experience in large solution-based sales, meeting defined sales targets.Ability to qualify opportunities, evaluate clients' needs and identify a sales strategy for each qualified opportunity.Experience of taking an identified client opportunity through a structured sales cycle.Detailed understanding of the Asset Management and Financial Services Industry and specifically the client operating model and vendor ecosystemWillingness to travel as requiredFlexibility to attend SimCorp office 3xweek as per our hybrid policyNext Steps Please send us your application in English via our career site as soon as possible, we process incoming applications continually. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
